Goin' out on the town

As everyone who has a baby knows, leaving home is always a task! First, you need the diaper bag to be full of diapers, wipes, extra clothes, burp cloths, and of course toys! Second, you must not forget your diaper bag. And third, you must time everything just right, which is the hardest task of all. Before we leave the house we always like Ryland to have a full tummy, and a clean diaper. That is, of course, when she is the happiest. Although, it is often that she finishes eating, and by the time we are ready to leave the house, she is hungry again! We have definitely gotten better at timing things out, and seem to have our little routine down. Ryland usually does really well in the car. She often has what we call her "car seat face", which is pictured below. She tends to look very serious in the car seat, and often grabs the straps going over her chest, as if she is farmer grabbing the straps of her overalls. The car also helps her to fall asleep, and relax. Taking one baby out on the town is definitely a big task! Now, how do those people with two, three, four or more kids get there family ready to leave, and actually get somewhere on time? Sounds impossible to me :)
