Ryland's first Halloween began with a little scare for her. She woke up whining and crying, and was inconsolable! After trying everything, Champ and I decided that Halloween had decided to trick her this year with the treat of emerging teeth. Although we can't see any yet, she has been biting down hard on everything. We are planning on buying some teething tablets to try out, but in the meantime, have given her a bit of tylenol. This quickly brought her back to the happy Ryland we know! She was able to enjoy her first Halloween, but obviously did not get any candy ;) Last night, we went to my dad's house with Ryland in her pumpkin costume. It was a very enjoyable evening. Champ and I dressed up as pink flamingos, as a joke for my dad, who wrote a song called "Pink Flamingos". We are working on getting some audio on the blog, so maybe you will be able to hear it soon :)
