Last Thursday, Ryland attended her first wedding. My friend from high school, Staci, was getting married, and Ryland was, no doubt, on the guest list! It was a small wedding, and Ryland seemed to love it! She enjoyed eating the food, and smiling at all the guests. Once the dj started playing music, Ryland was ready for bed. So Champ rocked her to sleep, and she slept the rest of the reception, and all the way home. Overall, Ryland did so well at the wedding, and it's a good thing, because we have two more wedding to attend in September and October. One of which she is going to be a flower girl in!
On a side note, Ryland has been fighting an ear infection since Friday. Poor thing has had a fever, and wants to do nothing but nurse and sleep. Today, she has been a little bit happier, and has a little more energy, but my prediction is that it is going to be a very long week...since we have to give her liquid antibiotics twice a day, and she dislikes them very very much!
