The Byars Family Curse

Ever since I can remember, my dad, my sister, and I have all had a little problem with uncontrollable laughter. It's always the same...one of us starts to laugh (sometimes for no reason), followed by another, and then another. We have had many times when we were all in tears, holding our bellies because we were laughing so hard.

Now, this doesn't sound so bad, does it? One wouldn't think that laughter would be much of a problem, unless of course you are at my high school graduation, or my dad's wedding ceremony, or in the front row at an intimate piano concert. The laughing attacks are pretty much inevitable. You put the three of us in a room...or in a plane...or at the dinner table, and we will find a reason to lose control of our laughter.

Now, you may ask, what do this have to do with Ryland?

Well, we figure Ryland probably has the amazing gene for uncontrollable laughter! This has yet to be witnessed, but her fake laugh in this video just may be the beginnings of something very funny.
