We can hardly believe that a year ago right now we were spending our first moments with our precious Ryland Paisley Cook. She is the best thing that has ever happened to us, and we love her more than we can explain. We had her first birthday party today, and so many people showed up to shower Ryland with love. She has so many new clothes, and fun toys to play with. She did seemed pretty confused and overwhelmed by all the presents, people, and food at her party, but has recovered, and is now playing with all of her toys! The best part is that she got a very cute straw hat, and has been wearing it since we got home. She loves it, and boy does she look cute!
