The last few nights Champ and I have begun transitioning Ryland from our bed, to her crib. I never could have imagined how hard this would be for us. We have moved the crib into our room to help her, and us, adjust. Overall she has done really well with it! We usually feed her, read her a book, and then rock her to sleep while listening to music. Turns out, she actually really likes Brad Paisley!
Once we put her down, she will stay asleep until she gets hungry, which is about four hours.
This transition has not be so easy for me however. Although she is only an extra two feet away, I miss having her right next to me. I'm sure I will get used to it, but I'm not saying I like it :)
